Global Freight Guide

KT Auto Parts ships replacement parts, hydraulic components, PTO units, and fleet maintenance products worldwide from our China-based fulfillment center. This guide summarizes transit windows, carriers, and freight handling so you can plan your orders with realistic lead times.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or large-quantity wholesale orders may require additional lead time, which is stated in your quote.

Transit Times

Estimates below are carrier transit only and begin once the shipment is picked up. They are not guaranteed — peak seasons, customs inspections, and remote zones may extend delivery.

United States: 5–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS
Mexico & Canada: 7–12 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS
Rest of World: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs

Carriers

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS for international delivery. Tracking numbers are emailed when the order ships.

Heavy & Oversized Freight

Large or heavy items such as PTOs, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and bulk shipments cannot use standard flat-rate shipping. These are quoted individually with a separate freight cost based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Request a quote on the Wholesale Inquiry page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, and brokerage charges are the buyer’s responsibility. US deliveries may require an EIN or tax ID; EU deliveries may require a VAT/EORI number; Mexico requires a valid RFC. A correct tax ID helps avoid customs delays.
